Step 1: 2 Week Tune Up

This initiates strength and speed work in a healthy way to reduce risk of injury. It is the foundation step many runners skip that cause their injuries.

Step 2: FORTIFY!

Over the next 6 weeks, you'll build strength, explosiveness, and speed — developing more power with every step. By the end, you'll feel faster, more confident, and ready to take your running to the next level.

I don't have time to add more to my running, is this really for me?

YES! This plan was built after I was burning out and getting injured because of how busy I was and trying to continue to hit new goals in running. The purpose of the plan is to maximize your time so you can get the most, without adding more, out of your running. Many runners say this structure actually has lead to less stress in training making it easier to stay consistent and perform better.

What is involved?

During the 14 days, I'll be personally coaching you through a specific set of steps so you can safely start, or build, onto your strength and speed training. This will allow you to get more out of your training without having to add a bunch of miles to your weekly schedule.

It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up, just 5-10 minutes a day.

I need you to commit to following the process each day, otherwise I can't help you!

Why is it free? Are there any hidden costs?

100% free, no hidden fees. I believe in my coaching and program and once you get a preview I think you will to. This first two weeks is meant to give you some tools you can start using to improve your running and see if we are a good fit together. As much as I hope we will be a good match, it is not always the case, so this free 2 week tune up helps both you and I see if we will work well together.
